Bobby is the great under achiever. In Age Of Apocalypse he was pretty much an ice elemental. He still has a long way to go. Mags is just too experienced even though Bobby is potentially Omega level

Iceman is very powerful, but Magneto is among the worst match-ups he could possibly get; his ice merely powers Magneto up, seeing as ice strenghtens magnetism. You wouldn't have a Grass Pokémon fight a Fire Pokémon... Likewise, you wouldn't be an Ice mutant and fight against a Magnetism mutant.

When I first saw this topic I immediately thought Magneto wins easy.

But after thinking about each of their powers more, I think Iceman could beat Magneto.

They can manipulate each other at the molecular level.

Iceman can manipulate his own body at molecular level also.

To what degree can Magneto manipulate and control his own body?

If Iceman is Omega mutant there is no reason why he cannot be as powerful as Magneto, except for writers choosing him not to be
