I see where you're coming from. To me this statement sounds similar to my statement that Thanos had the raw power of God, but wasn't God/TOAA since Thanos wasn't the one actually drawing and writing the comic book. Do you get where I'm coming from?
The way it was depicted by Marvel,
Thanos became the Almighty (God) with IN the Omniverse.
God/Toaa control and create everything that takes place with IN Marvel Comics,
so God/Toaa made Thanos the Supreme Being with IN the Omniverse.
IMO, God/Toaa should be in a class of their own and should never be included in a hierarchy,
because their Supremacy is not a question of power or scale of influence,
they make eveything happen, they give Omnipotence if they wish to characters, so it's silly to have them even in the same category as other comic book characters.
