That's completely untrue. Ki Energy, when manifested into an attack, is nothing more than pure force, there is no radiation, it's akin to Cyclops' optic blast... only it moves at a much higher speed which is why it explodes. Where are you getting this information that ki energy is anything other than energy as a physical force?

When has PC Superman blitzed supersonic+ characters? Early on Namek saga non-SSJ Goku casually blitzed the Ginyu force who were all speedsters.

Kid Goku wasn't even bulletproof IIRC.
PC Superman wasn't powered by the sun, he was just naturally capable of such power when in yellow sunlight. Sunlight acted as a catalyst rather than a fuel.
