This puts his greatest strength feat at, moving around easily with 500 tons of weight.
Factor in that ss4 makes him 30 times stronger than his base form... Realistically it makes his optimal lifting strength at around 15,000 tons. laughable in comparison to PC Superman.

it's stated that a Saiyan gets something like, 10 times stronger when he becomes a SS. my calculation seems logical. Power level don't mean a damn thing though; power levels measure the total amount of energy a person has... not how much physical strength a character has.
Again I'm also going with PC supes here, my point is that DBZ simply doesn't have that kind of feats but that doesn't necessarily mean that they can't take on people with these feats. Hulk lifted insanely stupid masses and still far far weaker people could hurt him or he punched people far far below this strength and durability level and they still lived after that.
But well Supes sneezd away a solar system so the stupidity high level feats still go with PC Supes. Just wanted to made my point clear.
