This is Dragon Ball Z. The entire manga was called Dragon Ball, no Z was in the name. Only the second part of the anime was called Dragon Ball Z.

All the anime feats, including the movies are canon. Janemba warped the universe. Buuhan destroyed dimension barriers, etc.

Odin would be a better fight for anime Goku.

Goku amped tp the right levels would beat supes.But even super gogeta SS4 would probably lose to odin.Possibly even shenron.

Super Vegito was toying around with BUUHAN! A much much much weaker version of Buu shattered a sealed dimension by just SCREAMING! Odin ain't winning against him.

Some of Odin's best feats are destroying galaxies(which he rarely ever does). Kid Buu did the same thing even easier. Goku would put up a fight against the all-father but he would lose eventually
