FAIL! (it always ends up like thisfor you).I read the comic and Superman NEVER fought Dominius. Superman just has a long series of struggles through time itself, forces Superman to live through alternate realities .all different Suprmanen are then revealed like fighting Nazi's, Superman Pre-crisis. PFFT. All that happens is after he finds out that he has a history with Kismet he returns to the proper reality.
Dominas was reality warping him, and Superman used T-Vo to break out of it and kick Dominas' ass.

In Phenomenol's world, DBZ characters beat everyone, and everything that makes a DBZ character look strong is unquestionable, everything that makes them look weak doesn't count, everything that makes a rival look strong doesn't count (Odin can't destroy a planet, Superman has no durability feats, whenever someone destroys a planet it was really a small asteroid, or not their own power, or an illusion, but whenever a DBZ character even claims they could destroy a planet, it's fact).😠
You have failed to disprove me wrong.
Endless Mike is a guy who LIES (as you just seen a few minutes ago).

LMAO. DBZ characters are around from Captain Atom Level to no higher than Sentry. I can't see any of them beating Silver Surfer or GL except the Uber Villians. And None of them, would EVER beat Thanos.
They're actually really hard to classify. The characters have had the power to destroy planets since the Saiya-jin/Freeza sagas. Via extrapolation, it should be clear that they are MANY MANY times more powerful by the series' close. However, their fighting speed never seems to vary. They never seem like they can move anywhere NEAR lightspeed. They can clearly lift VERY little weight (compared to herald-levellers) - fourty tons was too much for Goku.
So....
They should be able to EASILY one-shot planets - yay for herald level.
But they lack any sort of definable speed feat, save moving too fast for the human eye to follow - which Captain America and Wolverine have done in the past - nay for herald level.
They lack any sort of strength feats beyond around fourty tons - nay for herald level.
Their durability? Well - it's hard to say. They take blasts that SHOULD be planet destroying all the time, but they never get punched with class 100 force - much less Superman level force. We see how badly the Z-characters (comparitively) weak punches affect one another, imagine if someone who could lift billions of times of tons were to hit them. It'd be a one shot. Sounds like a nay for herald level to me.

Well if that was the case then he should have put "Manga Buu" as the listed character.
Originally posted by King KandyThere are no manga ones to be had. He didn't specify and only used a picture he could find.
He did put "Anime Buu" in the form of a picture....
In two threads I made I used anime pictures but was thinking the manga versions, simply used the manga pictures becuase they are bright and colorful. I did not intend for the anime versions to be used but didn't specify and used an anime pic.
Unless directly specified the default should be used.
Also even in the later sagas, whenever someone is charging up a blast that will destroy the planet, everyone always points it out and starts yelling and panicking about it, you would think it planet busting wasn't such a big deal past the Frieza saga, they would have no need to start panicking every time it was threatened.

Or did you forget his regen powers?
They only work to an extent. The most he regenerated from was mist (free - floating particles in the atmosphere slightly smaller than what is discernible with the unaided human eye).
Thanos could easily envelop him with a blast and disintegrate him beyond that, to molecules, atoms, or below.

Originally posted by King KandyWouldn't matter. Even if most people had seen the movies or the old 90s cartoos in regards to the X-Men. the default would still be the comics. As this is still a comics forum.
Really? I think there are more people who have seen the anime then read the manga, and I'd think most people would be thinking of the anime unless otherwise stated...

Especially if an Anime pic is used.
Further insistence upon using the anime picture as evidence will automatically be invalid due to the surpressed evidence fallacy.

Yes, 'cause as shown in DBZ hitting Buu with energy blasts has an EXCELLENT track record of success.
Because they weren't strong enough to finish him off. They eventually killed him with the genki dama, using the energy from all of earth's sentient beings.
Thanos' power is greater than that.
Thanos is the one nescessary comic character, Buu can be WHATEVER genre and it's still legal, so the "Comics Forum" argument is invalid.
Well most people are thinking of the anime, and an anime picture was used... All evidence is in favor of it being anime Buu, only speculation is for the manga Buu argument.
