Classic Juggs getting trapped under heavy debris and couldn't get out ofr days!

Silver Surfer getting Headlocked by Black Panther!!!!

Anime is REAL and does exist.

So you can ignore the ridiculously stupid incongrous hyperbole stuff as well as the weak stuff. So your stupid hyperbole example is negated. You just shot yourself in the foot.

The anime exists, but it is not canon.

TA: I usually come up with the plans that are supposed to capture the general gist of the story. For example, for the part of an episode that will skip to five years in the future, I create the story line, "These things must have happened within those five years."

"Canon" is a fanbase word tha twas made up. That is simply YOUR opinion.

Toriyama decides what is "CANON" not you.

All that says is that he gives general guidelines, like "such - and - such should happen". And only in specific circumstances, like time skips. He doesn't actually write the plots for the individual filler episodes.

The word canon is over 1000 years old and comes from what was officially chosen by the Catholic Church to include in the Bible. The definition later expanded to anything that is considered official from the authoritative source for a work.

Toriyama obviously decides what is canon. The manga is canon because he wrote it. However, he never stated the anime is canon. So by default, it's not.

Wrong! "Canon" does not apply to Anime and Manag because the Authors don't use it.

Toriyama worked on the anime as well and what is canon is totally up to him not your opinion.

Yes he does, that is what Toriyama was explaing he just said he comes up with the plot.

He did the filler and you failed.

Dude, Mike, why are you bothering with the fanboy? He's a fanboy, they don't listen to logic or reason, only their own hardon's for that which theyr'e a fanboy of.

If he stated movie spider-man, you don't just assume he did if it wasn't stated.

If he used a picture of movie spiderman I'd assume he was talking about movie spiderman.

Canon applies to any fictional work. It's a word that defines a part of fiction, like perspective, audience, narrative, fiction, non - fiction, etc.

No it doesn't.

Not even the damn AUTHORS use it how the hell can you say it applies.

The FANBASE did that, not the authors.

So I guess in the anime:

Goku and Picollo using ki blasts had trouble lifting a bus

SSJ Goku got hurt when Krillin lightly tossed a rock at his head

Goku got eaten by a fish

Gohan had trouble carrying a few logs of firewood

Ki blasts can be visually tracked at only a few dozen/hundred meters per second, and are still claimed to be too fast to avoid

etc. ad infinitum

PIS, but it still happened.

You don't use stupidity to prove canonity.

Say, can you google me a picture of Super Buu from the manga please?

Actually, in comics terms when something is PIS it didn't happen. Its discarded and not usable in debates.

The anime is canon unto itself, and when talking about the anime version of characters, you have to use anime evidence.
