I propose that Bentley, Sly and Murray be placed in High Street under "The Cooper Gang" because it's confusing having two Sly Coopers on the list.Sly Cooper for upgrade to Mid Street

- Amps for some of his attacks (Push, Jump, and Spin that get upgrades to level 3)
- Electrical attacks on his Cane including a spin, single hit, and a rolling attack
- Insanity Strike that turns enemies on each other
- Slow Motion sight (Thief Reflexes ability)
- Time Manipulations (Slow Down, Speed Up, and a short time stop
- Great Balance (standing on points via the Ninja Spire Jump, even points as small as the tip of a spear, walking on thin ropes, branches and vines)
- Good agility (Combat Dodge ability, can perform flips in any direction, even to the sides)
- Various other gadgets (Smoke Bomb, Rocket Boots, Hat Bombs, etc)
Combat ability:
- On the wing of a flying plane he defeated the Black Baron, a student of Boxing for ten years.
- He defeated martial artist Panda King and his newly created style of martial arts Flame Fu. The style employs conventional martial arts techniques and launched fire works (which Sly dodges)
- He defeated Chinese General Tsao in a fight on a battlefield that Tsao's family has used for generations to defeat their opponents in one on one combat, so Tsao presumably had much more experience there. Tsao also used several black magic spells Sly had to contend with
