That's pretty much inconsequential. Battle matchups don't determine placement in this thread. Its about raw power, versatility, scope, and overall threat level. There's a guy from the Anime/Manga Yu Yu Hakusho who's name I can't remember. He could completely paralyze a person simply by stepping on their shadow. He had a friend with the power to make certain letters or words taboo, meaning that if you uttered a taboo word, letter, or phrase you'd lose your soul (an auto OHKO). Both of those guys could conceivably compete on the Herald level but they're not even close to Herald because they lack the raw power.Mace is either Mid or High Meta.

That statement is garbage. As I recall that was Anakin describing Obi Wan. We all know Obi Wan wasn't either as powerful as Mace or as wise as Yoda. That was simply Ani shilling his master.

there was also references to yoda being the best swordsman but mace is generally regarded as the best duelist.
even the cartoons tend to side with yoda as being the best force user too, and iirc they're more canon than the books.
mace couldn't block force lightning with his hands that we saw in the movies. yoda could block and redirect it.
