So they should easily be put either on this list of above in my opinion. The only people that I didnt give them the majority against is people that have plot weapons/abilities.

No one in high meta can beat black hair Goku or take that kick that he hit frieza with or survive that atomic bomb blast that frieza hit him with or outrace a nuclear blast while being in the heart of it or shrugg off a blast that ripped the planet namek in half or even take 1% of the beating that he took from frieza. By the way, black hair Goku after the frieza saga is>his saiyan form that fought frieza. Black hair Goku can solo that entire group if it came down to it.
By the way, I agree with your Darth Maul comments... he should be higher than where he is at.

But why would a planet buster be an elite meta? I dont understand that. Who is the most powerful elite meta? What have they accomplished power wise. Can any of them stand in the heart of Nappas finger blast like Vegeta did with a smile on his face. What about destroying a planet, can they do that? Durability, can they survive punches that was creating nuke like explosion? What about speed? Can they move so fast that it appears as if mere blast is going through their body? Does they have feats of kicking people through two mountains and shaking the entire area.
Black hair goku during the frieza saga would destroy any high meta and black hair goku AFTER the frieza saga is a herald.

My argument this entire time has been about black hair Goku and I have stated this numerous of times. I have also stated that Super Saiyan Goku is>high herald>Super Saiyan two could beat Thanos and Super Saiyan 3 is sky father.
