Planet busting = the single most overrated feat used in debate... especially when it pertains to DB/Z/GT.

Spider-Man is low meta. 😐

I think I understand why he thinks all these undeserving Star Wars characters are Mid-High Metas.

Superman never tanked punches from Darkseid and he isnt tanking Colossus punches.Do you know what TANKED mean?

I propose Leeloo (sp?) from the Fifth Element for Mid Street. Also John McClane for Low Street. I'd rank him higher but his fight with the faux-Asian girl from Live Free or Die Hard didn't say much for his h/h skills against anyone with any kind of skill.
I'll nod that. Too bad she can't use that "OMGEVILFAILS" beam as a standard ability. That'd help her out tons, I think.
Same for Johnny boy.

Seen the animeOh you mean on namek.I thought you were talking about when freiza blew up vegeta. And didn't he not blow it up right away because he was trying to get off of it before it blew up.
It's slightly filler-tastic because the manga doesn't show anything but two panels. It doesn't show how or what destoryed the planet.

Well Santa Claus is at least Hypersonic, maybe even FTL and he has Global Level telepathy/clairvoyance.Low Herald.

Santa Claus is both a ninja and a chronomancer.
I personally think Santa might be Mid Herald, but I'll nod Low for now.
I support Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup to mid meta. They are at least that.

I cant see Superman or Thor tanking punches from Colossus.
Also, I must post the obligatory...

Originally posted by Creshoski agree in principle, but does canonicity even matter? I mean, this is the cross-genre thread. People count Star Wars games as legit source material, so why not do the same for DBZ movies that, unlike Star Wars games, use the exact same characters.

Just as Ultimate Wolverine is not the same as 616 wolverine and the continuity of the spiderman movie is different from the comics.
The storyline of the anime for a good number of anime is different from their manga.
There are some though that actually pull it off being similar.
