I have seen cheetah, someone that doesnt have one strength feat comparable to colossus knock Superman a couple of feat. I have seen Grundy, even during his weakest knock Superman a couple of miles. I have seen Super Soldier (not the one from amalgam) turn Superman face with a punch. The list goes on...
Superman isnt tanking a punch from Colossus. I made a thread about this a couple of years back and everyone agreed.

It's more likely CIS, as Clark will almost never get himself ready to take a hit until he gets serious. When he's prepared, he's virtually immovable.

I was never impressed by DBZ flight speed but you could be right but I will always think that they're flight speed is crap because it is in no comparison to their combat speed. These are people that is invisible during combat but when flying, people see them going by. UUUUMMM, the only time, ONLY TIME, rocks float around DBZ characters is when they are powering up. It showed Gohun and Buu moving at Super speed and even slowed it down for us and the rocks were still floating. There were no powering up involved, just fighting.
Another thing, the more powerful you are, the more faster, stronger, more durable you are so there really isnt a need for me to prove that Goku was much faster than his previous self that fought Burta when that is common sense.
But it is. They can be invisible to the naked human eye, but apparently that only puts them at about 200mph. And they can probably see them going by due to being thousands of feet in the air. Jets that fly at Mach whatever can be seen as though they fly at 40mph when thousands of feet in the air.
Cool, can this be proven as well? How exactly did they get to fighting faster than falling rocks anyway? If they're fighting so fast they appear to stop moving, how do we even know they're falling? Did they just blow up some huge rock plateau like they do every minute in fights and then the rocks suddenly stopped in mid-fall?
If you can prove this beyond a shadow of a doubt I will believe that Goku stomps Superman. Hell, I'd even take it a step farther and say he can solo the Justice League on his own, but you have to prove that power level increases all things in relation to combat instead of just their total Ki. And you have to prove how much faster, stronger, and powerful a specific amount of difference in power level makes you.
Just find something that allows the power scaling to be quantified.

Are you referring to Pre-Crisis Superman when it comes to being immovable? He lost that ability a long time ago unless you are saying that if Thor hit him and he budge himself, he isnt moving or feeling any of it.

Edit: Oh, also, Superman weighs 243 pounds if I recall right, inertia dictates that unless he actively resists, even I could "budge" Superman.
