Yes, in the anime it was stated during Goku childhood that he could fight at light speed and after that his speed increased significantly during DBZ.

I'm referring to his combat speed, not flight. What I am referring to is things that they can do with their that Superman never displayed that he can do or have any proof of being able to do.

By the way, Buu destroyed planets the size of Jupiter and he did it at a much easier rate vs the blast that he used to destroy Earth. He put time into that blast and since we are talking about the ANIME, the blast was powerful enough to destroy the planet 10 times over and he was still charging it up.

Here's a good speed feat, and before you whine that it is not a combat feat, it shows his incredibly reflexes which is the same damn thing, Superman in the time it takes Lois to open a door flies to another country (From the name, I'm assuming Spain?), picks up some champagne (I assume he stole it), changes to Clark, and has it waiting for her. I can get more if you want, but the sad part is that this feat was on the FIRST PAGE of Superman's respect thread, it was not hard to find.

Show me Buu destroying a Jupiter sized planet easily. 🙂 Or are you assuming that he destroyed such a planet? Oh, and YOU are talking about anime, not me. Also, being able to easily destroy a Jupiter sized planet does not even suggest you could destroy the Sun.
