Dark Schneider destroyed a planet when he was fighting Uriel, just as a side effect. They flew right through the planet and it exploded to pieces just by the power of them flying past it. When DBZ characters fight, the collateral damage never exceeds a few craters and rocks smashing up.
That was also rather early in the manga, DS got much stronger later. He destroyed an entire dimension when he fought Fallen Uriel.

Non - canon. In the canon manga, it was stated that he destroyed planet Vegeta, but never shown or stated how. And does it really matter what body part he does it with? In Jojo's bizarre Adventure, for example, they can actually generate more power using one finger than using their entire hand.

God, listen, my point about tenchi Dying was not that he actually DIED by the attack. God let me explain this to you striaght CANON terms...No, Tenchi did not die. It is made clear in the series that if Tenchi should die, even if the Choushin(Tokimi, Washu and Tsunami) resurrect his body he would no longer have his powers. In fact, he didn't die when Z sliced him in episode 19 either - at that point his power was so great he could turn aside the power of the Light Hawk Wings. Yes, he cops a powerful hit from the Chobimaru in episode 20, but it was the energy from that blast that forced him into the space-time nexus so he could meet Kagato's female alter-ego again (meaning LHW were overcome) This was all part of girl-Kagato's plan - remember, she was still part of Noike at the time, and she took over Noike's body for a moment and caused the Chobimaru to fire, knowing Tenchi would put himself in the way. Yes SIX LHW were overcome by the Chobimaru cannon!!! and that is canon!
As for LHW taking a Black Hole, NO It is stated that the LHW's changed the Gravity's constant and it shows Tenchi and the others escaping it!
