I'd say elite street.

Why? I'm not denying that she might be (because I know next to nothing about her), I just want to know what she has that makes her Elite Street.

Edit:
Captain Jean Luc Picard for Low Street.
Jack O'Niell for Low Street
James T Kirk for Low Street

Ehhh...more around high street.

Some of her feats:

-Can read minds
-Has intelligence rivaling that of reed richards
-Is an excellent H2h fighter able to take on a whole barful of people with guns and weapons by herself with no weapons
-Very flexible(with the abolity to kick a 180 around a pole to someone)
-Single handidly killed at least 50 reavers which are humans that are insane and bloodlusted with 10x anger. She did this with just an axe and a sword. And came out unscathed.
-Was able to look around a corner and see three people. She then(with her head still behind a wall)took out a gun and shot three people in the head with three shots without looking.

-She does have the disadvantage of having a broken mind.Shes not insane but she was driven a little crazy. But shes an excellent fighter nonetheless.

I'll tell you if I remember more.

That's a pretty tall claim.

Beyond that and mind reading (depending upon the extent of it) I'm not sure what there would qualify one as the pinnacle of street level.

Her brother was in the top 3% of the smartest people in the firefly universe. Not sure how big it is.A galaxy at very best. But he said that she made him look like an absolute idiot. She started correcting his spelling when she was 3 years old and was able to spot an error in a high prestige school book with a glance.

She would be one of the if not the smartest people in the(galaxy, solar system,or star system I honestly don't know).

And? Ever hear the phrase "big fish in a small pond"?

Ozymandias is the smartest person in the Watchmen Universe by a very large margin and he pales in comparison to Reed Richards. At least from a scientific standpoint.

I personally don't think Reed Richards is the best measuring stick for general intelligence seeing as while he's one of the best scientists in comics he's got low practical intelligence and little wisdom. Batman is a better measuring stick in that regard because while he's not really the best at anything (except maybe sleuthing) he's in the tob ten in virtually everything.

Does she have any feats of engineering, deduction, or planning that earn her a place among someone like Batman?

Haha, what?

River could tell the class of ship she was in based on the med center.
Reed Richards can make time machines in his lunch break.

Sounds like a close call to me...

Everything else that you named is impressive, but not Elite Street. While the reaver feat (by far her best one) looks impressive on camera, it's really no better (some would say worse, actually) than the myriad of instances when elite streets tear apart hundreds of hand ninja with their fists.

River's cool, and she was never really even threatened in hand to hand combat, but she doesn't have Elite Street feats.

Brock Samson would kill 1000 Reavers while smoking and naked. 131

I wouldn't go so far as to say River's Reed Richards smart, but she was a prodigy of the highest caliber. I'd say around sub Mr. Terrific level since they're similar (enhanced innate aptitude). River picked up new skills pretty much instantaneously, but due to the trauma of all the experiments the Alliance did to her coupled with her telepathy, psychometry, and semi-clairvoyance, she spoke incoherently most of the time. High or elite street seems right given that she has passive "meta" mental abilities.

The Genie from Aladdin for low Herald...? It did have semi-phenomenal nearly-cosmic power...

Mind reading is barely within her control, though it does aid her in combat, in small ways. Nothing even close to, say, Mr. X.

Everything River related is largely speculation based on what few feats she has, though some are very impressive. I feel like if we were to put someone in any "Elite" level they would require a lot more concrete feats than what River has.

He can't make people fall in love. Mid-Meta at best 😖hifty:

Not a serious dispute for anyone keeping tally.

Hmm... actually it's a sort of legitimate point, since I think he can't kill people (or bring back the dead) either. Although that was when he was still bound to the lamp.

River was a genius by Firefly standard, but never did anything to show she was even close to Marvel's/DC's top dogs. She's bascially a savant who has ridiculous amounts of general knowledge, but none of it can be put to practical use. She's great at devising plans and scenarios in her head, but actually designing/engineering things... no. River is like Matt Damon's character in "Good Will Hunting" + Hoffman's character in "Rain Man"... smart as hell, but looks like an idiot in comparison to the likes of Tony, Bruce, Reed, Cho, etc.

Elite Meta due to a lack of combat feats?

👆

Yeah like I said elite street might be pushing it but she should be a solid high street.

Probably sounds about right.

Can I ask what tier shenron is?Because it seems like the genie and shenron do the exact same thing.
