And any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.
going from the asgard country to hel takes nine earth days no matter what mode of transport nor level of speed one can attain, but hela --through magic can shorten the time it takes to travel between realms.
-tech can't summon nor envoke the presence and/or power od magical beings
-reverse specific spells on victims
-etc
tech can't do any of that

You'd have to name the specific spell for me to tell you the technology that says you're wrong.
-etc
Tech can do the things you say.

On a completely unrelated note:
I just watched the "Avatar Day" episode of The Last Airbender and, after watching it, I have to agree that Kyoshi did push the island away using air bending only. This was after using earth bending to break the land mass away from the mainland and then using I suppose fire/earth bending to cause a flow of lava in the crevice she'd created to annex the land. She then used air bending alone to push the portion of land she'd separated, whicb became Kyoshi Island, away from the mainland. Pushing a large land mass with wind is pretty impressive.

most of the spells strange employs require extradimensional magical energy outside of the 616 dimension pulled from mystical beings he has a pact with, and gaining it requires an oath/spell

A Boom Tube (tech) could definitely make it to Asgard in a snap.
and it's a little ironic that it takes a boomtube to get to the fourth world, which magic can't accomplish (iirc)

But anyway. The effects of an aging spell can be countered with something that we saw in Star trek on at least two occasions where characters were deaged via the transporter. And reaged in one of the cases.
Star trek has a weath of examples of "Magical tech" capable of performing a great number of things magic can do. Materialization, transportation. Capable of an armegeddon like spell destroying a planet by burning off the atmosphere.
We have flame throwers that can act as a "burning hands spell" Chemical throwers can mimic acid and Ice spells. You've got time machines.
You have micro cameras for scrying cell phones can mimic sending spells.
Those are examples I can think of and what I meant by being more specific with specific spells.
