Yes and no. Cthulhu wasn't a God per se and he was extraterrestrial but he also wasn't entirely made of the same matter as humans. He could interact well enough with the material Universe but he wasn't really a part of it. And the biggest Eldritch Abomination of them all, Azathoth was pretty much the Lovecraft-verse's TOAA.

I'd say Mid Herald is more appropriate, it was stated in the book 'The Call of Cthulhu' that if he were to have truly woken up (in the book the protagonist rammed him with a ship while he was just opening his eyes and stretching his proverbial limbs) the entire world would have immediately been thrown into chaos and everyone would have gone insane. So passive global level TP.

Additionally despite his shit durability (an ordinary ship moving at maybe 10 knots at best caved in his face and forced him to fall back to his prison) he has something of a healing factor since he was already regenerating seconds after the boat struck him.

His massive size (when he starts to walk the narration says "A mountain moved"😉 would most likely translate to superhuman strength, I'm betting at least low Class 100.

No Lovecraft was the protagonist(s) of the various novels and short stories. They were almost all celibate intellectuals from New England. He was big on the whole Author Avatar thing.

More like High Meta. She had a necklace that could protect her from the effects of the Dakara superweapon. Previously the only thing that had ever been capable of surviving said weapon was an Ascended Being like Anubis.

She also had tk on par with the Priors or likely even better.

Her incarnation in Ark of Truth would be Abstract though since she became the sole inheritor of the power of the Ori.

Cthulhu at Mid-Herald is about right, as is Azathtoth at Abstract. I would also consider Yog-Sothoth to be Abstract as well.
