It doesnt matter, it still doesnt mean it was his most powerful attack and then the next thing is all DBZ attacks arent as explosive as others. What is the most explosive attack that you have seen from Picollo, I cant think of any but I'm pretty sure that if he wanted to blow something up, he could.

The only way you can really prove Black Bolt argument wrong is by showing a fight on DBZ where someone with a weaker power level defeated someone with a higher power level physically.

In the RPG his maximum power level is stated to be 13500. At the time Gohan and Krillin were 13000 and 14000 respectively, yet he still almost beat them using his exotic powers and would have beaten them had Vegeta not intervened.
Also still waiting on those scans of Hawkman stalemating Black Adam. Remember you said "several times" so you'll need to provide at least four instances. Shouldn't be hard. 🙄
