First thing, Guldo didnt have a power level of 14000, it was much higher. Second, Krillin and Gohun was STOMPING him, he was running the entire fight. Third thing, the guy can stop time, a trick that no on DBZ has shown the ability of doing so and he didnt defeat them, we dont even know what the outcome of that battle would have been since it was a tree that he was trying to stab them with. Lets not forget, someone hit Kid Goku across the head with an ax and it shattered and Gohun during his time on Namek>>>>>>>>>>>>Kid Goku.

He was physically weak, true, but he had them on the ropes despite being inferior to them in the sense that power levels are understood. Ergo superior power level doesn't always mean victory.
Another example is also from the Ginyu Mini Saga wherein Captain Ginyu "defeated" Goku (who had a higher power level) by using body swap.
