I agree.Thor or superman would easily beat freiza in a fight.I've been re-watching DBZ and I saw some things that make me want to move them up and some things that make me want to move them down.

I also re-watched DBZ. By re-watched i mean looking for Vegeta doing cool stuff. But all he did was get his ass kicked. So i will never watch it again.

I think its safe to assume Frieza's next transformation had a powerlevel of 1,000,001 and thus they increased by one whennever a new more powerful character appeared. Vegetto should've been around 1,000,050.
Edit: Actually there were powerlevels of sort at the beginning of the Buu saga.

My point is that a higher power level doesn't indicate total, insurmountable superiority in every single way. It just means that in a straight up physical confrontation you're more likely than not going to beat someone with a lower power level. That doesn't mean we can project Guldo or Captain Ginyu's special powers onto more powerful characters like Frieza. Which is where the problems start, people projecting Roshi and Piccolo's moon busting feats on everyone regardless of whether or not they've accomplished the same feat merely because their power levels are higher.
