Well in a forum fight I don't think goku would need instant transmision. Against people like buu and cell... that would be a good option.

I never said that it wasnt impressive... I even told Pr that it is impressive but again, does that prove that he can keep up with someone that is also moving and reacting at super speed... no... that is the difficult part; combating someone that is moving at crazy speeds, keeping up with them.
LIIIIKE flash, Zoom winked out on flash and flash winked out right behind him and they were both moving their arms, legs, head, etc... at super speed while winking out... moving at blinding speed.
Can Wonder Woman do things far greater than the human eye can follow, sure, can Goku do things as fast as the human eye can follow sure, can Goku dodge things at super speed, sure, this has been proven, can you show me the same for the people that we are discussing? Can Goku fight at speeds far greater than human, super human, god eyes can follow, he has proven this, can you show me the same thing?
Its easy to say that a character can do something but scans would be nice. Of course you can show me Supes building a puzzle or putting a house together or painting at super speed or dancing at super speed or changing his cloths at super speed but that isnt showing me a combat scenerio.

But the thing about this is even though a lot of anime characters can move at super speed, none of them fight like DBZ charactertheir speed is just on a different level. Its hard to shoot them with blast, if you dont have speed, you are not hitting them, etc... but I would love if they made a Superman anime cartoon, people like Darkseid wouldnt stand a chance.

This clip that I am going to show you... all of this happened in less than a minute. It was 2 minutes left before the planet was going to explode and even after all of this that I am about to show you, in the next episode it was still stated that there was still two minutes left before the explosion of namek and they was still fighting.

When he track objects he always see it from what I saw. He even comments that he spotted the ship.
Its not his eyes that he is looking with, he is looking through his atena's and it should have been much more easier for him to see Goku and Frieza since they have KI instead of him tracking that ship. King Kai can also feel power levels.

Maybe when the japanese get a shot at Superman you'll see it. Until then he has to deal with people that for the most part don't have super-speed on his level.

I will always agree with you, Superman along with Wonder Woman can fight at super speed because they have proven this. Like I said before,, I would give him the first 4 to 5 licks against people in his tier but I would give Goku all of the licks against those same people because they will not lay a finger on him.

Its nothing to think about. The space ship was flying through space... Now imagine how wide space is and imagine how small that ship is in "space". Then we have frieza and Goku fighting on a planet that he is aware of, a planet that he is familiar with. It should have been MUCH easier for him to track their movements and again, that doesnt change the fact that he can feel power levels... something that both Goku and Freiza have so he should have been able to easily find them. They were just too fast for him to follow.
Accept it and stop hating on Goku like you along with others tend to do.
