Reasoning: during the Crusades he stormed into Constantinople (with a garrison of 10,000 Turkish soldiers armed with scimitars) on his own, armed only with a small knife made for peeling fruit.
He later returned home having soloed the army without any injuries in time for a feast.

Based on Vulcans showing in WoK he might be mid herald though. I think he is currently low herald.

As for Captain Marvel, yes... he can match Superman in a physical brawl, so why not. Superman even admitted that in a fight, Captain Marvel holds an edge.
I also think Diana should be high Herald as well. She is just as powerful as the men and she has some of the best showings in a fist fight than almost "any" Herald.

As for the tier thread, when I got here on KMC, it was mentioned tghat each category is also based off of versatility and not just raw "physical" power. If that's the case, I can kind of understand why Captain Marvel and Black Adam is where they are at.
I don't think the tier thread is based off of just how formidable you are; I think its all catergorized. That is why Surfer is the prime Herald, not because of raw power (because if that was the case, it would be Thor due to the god blast)... its because Surfer is not only powerful, he is also one of the most versatile heralds out there.
