soo....thats for force users only, in his own universe, its very limited, but if thats the case maybe very low herald..but his powers are very small amount, hes more a couple of quality (but limited) powers than many good but not super powers, unlike heralds seem to be.

i suppose powers strong in his own universe, but their all from the force, so thats really only one variation of power, wheras heralds usually have many such as matter, energy manip as well as transfigerations.

i know that amount about the force, mediclorions and such, but their very limited in terms of not being able to actually warp reality, delete beings, their abilities are all very physical
