persnally i see Pyron as a giant silver surfer only maybe weaker than Silver Surfer, Surfer has made blackholes before and all kinds of feats and has almost every power you may need, he is not only very powerful but also has a great variety of powers
Pyron i doubt is higher than the surfer, so i personally would put him at high herald, surfer level kind of thing
Alucard high herald? hmm no but then again Kain was voted for mid herald level by most and he is way beyond anything Dante can be who is at that level, this system is a little awry

i asked if he can do it? can he, what states he can? and ofcourse theres a level on most marvel powers that are loose, for example ime sure he couldnt transmute his own master Galactus or perhaps other high level entities

no but i was making an example, i didnt know there was a rule that you cannot transmute absracts and concepts in the marvel universe even Ominpotence has levels somehow so "shrug", but is there anyone Surfer has used Transmution on is what ime curious about?
