Many people in herald tier there are "WW"-herald type, not Superman one- people depending on equipment/weaponry for most crazy feats.

i dont know, probably, but surely theres a lot of things transmuting would not work against, otherwise Surfer would beat many enemies easily and ive never heard of him doing it easily with transmution, infact ive never actually seen surfer doing that to a being
He did it to Quasimodo (the living computer, not Hugo character).
Agreed. Kratos has shown to be a physical powerhouse and have incredible durability, along with great reaction-time, and is a skilled fighter. He has massively class 100 feats, durability to block the Blade of Olympus wielded by Zeus with his hands, and can deflect lightning.
Ganondorf is magically very powerful, able to freeze over cities, destroy islands, and cause vast storms encompassing possibly the planet. He is also very physically strong, rivaling TP Link whom has class 100 feats of strength.
I am not really saying they should be higher. I am saying Dante should be lower.
Also, I was going to vote Pyron for Transcendant, but that seems too low for him now. Since I can prove he has assimilated enough planets to form a gigantic orbit of planets around him, four times larger than the Milky Way, and there is now evidence of him dwarfing the Andromeda.
