Just keep in mind that Dragonball power levels don't translate very well to the tiers we use, because its unusual for one herald to own several heralds at the same time, and in DBZ team battles are pretty much useless. Since most Dragonball powersets are very limited, they would be considered like uber bricks, and they wouldn't easily reach higher tiers. So its really a horrible mess that most reasonable people would just avoid.
Cell is mid skyfather, potentially higher. I put Thanos at low to mid skyfather and I think Cell would destroy him.

What are you talking about? Nappa blast was seen outside of space. That was EASILY an atomic bomb and someone weaker and less powerful than Nappa destroyed a moon with a blast, Picollo. So I guess picollo is a low herald also. If thats the case since Nappa is>>>>>>>the form of picollo that destroyed the moon with a mere blast then I guess Nappa is sky father going by your logic. 😕

King Piccollo was planetary at best. He actually have feats taking over the planet and destroy cities with mere blast. Nappa is>>>>>>king picollo.
Carver fails to realize how inconsistant Draonball Z is. I like how by the time the Buu saga strarted the character are easily hudreds of thousand times stronger than Napa meaning the smallest ki blast should demolish the whole planet but they make the same small crators that the Saiyans made during the Saiyan saga.

Also, the moon incident is so inconsistent it's kinda sickening. Buu saga Goku (base, no super saiyan) cannot replicate that feat. 😐

Thor with the power gem and Thanos fought and shot blast while being in a room but it didnt even destroy the tables that was surrounding them. Cable and Surfer fought on earth but it did nothing but destroy a ship and the planet was still in tact. I guess that tells us that Thanos isnt a building level destroyer or Surfer cant destroy a planet when all in all we know they can. People dont have to destroy Earth every time they fight, its call CONSENTRATED ENERGY. I am pretty sure Goku as a super sayain 3 kamehameha is much more powerful than the picollo blast that leveled the city but since earth wasnt destroyed, I guess it wasnt huh? Use your da** head ICEMAN, why would they destroy Earth every time they fought, PLOT. Why does every blast that is shot have to look like a nuke, because it would look stupid but I know for a fact that some of the blast that didnt destroy the planet is much more power than anything master roshi can conjure in his brain.

Everything was leveled in that city, it wasnt even a piece of rubble or metal left after his blast. The blast was seen outside of space, there is no way of taking that away from Nappas feat because you dont like it. Nappa's city-level at best, MewTwo is planetary. Also, has mind rape ontop of the incredible telekinetic energy he can produce.
Picollo is a moon buster and has matter manipulating powers and is a telekinetic also along with having Super strength, super speed, regeneration, telepath, ability to create more than one of himself, can expand his height and weight, etc....
So again, where does this put picollo?

I know it is for Surfer also because I have seen Surfer destroy a planet. Hell, I believe given the chance, Surfer could destroy a Galaxy but I'm not blind when it comes to things like that. I know every blast that is shot isnt going to level a planet by Surfer. Hell, I feel safe to say that the blast that Surfer shot Thanos in the face with is more powerful than the blast that he used to destroy a planet.
Can Hal destroy a planet, I know Pre Crisis could since he have the feat but I dont know if recent GL contain that feat. If he does then yes, he can destroy a planet but does that mean that when of if he fight Wonder Woman will the planet get annihilated, no, thats just stupid. Hell, we have ION fighting Superboy Prime but they couldnt even level a cemetary, does that mean that ION is weak or cant destroy a planet, NO because its plot.
