Yes Omega, I'll support HP for Mid Meta.
Also, Goku's base form in the BUU Saga has trouble lifting 40 tons. Yeah. 😐 The series is extremeley inconsistent with a power curve that actually starts off higher than it is in the middle.
Also, it's impossible to make a case for any DBZ character being faster than "a bunch of machs" o.O

40 tons in a planet with more gravity though.

How big is the difference between High Metahuman and Low Herald?I'll say Samus for high meta, and Dark Samus for low herald.

Megaman to High Meta, Megaman X to Low Herald. Herald is like, planetary threat, right? Also, I guess I'll make a few proposals of my own.
Mario to Low Meta
Bowser to Low Meta
Sly Cooper to Low Street
Kessler to Mid Meta
MewTwo to Low HeraldReasoning:
- Mario has shown good amounts of Super Strength, most revolve around manhandling Bowser. Tossing him in 64, and sending him reeling around small planets in Galaxy. Dunno what he's done in Galaxy 2. He also has some really good feats of jumping. And, if you guys will count Brawl, he's a laser timer.
- Bowser's is based solely on durability. At the end of Galaxy he survived a supernova. A small one, but still, that's a really good durability feat. This was also followed by a black hole, which is contested for some reason I cannot remember.
- Sly isn't much for combat, but he has some good agility and some gadgets/powers. Invisibility and some time slow to name two. And he has this Thief Reflexes which lets him see in a slower motion.
- Kessler has a variety of electricity based powers. In addition to shooting bolts, he's got some electrically based TK. He also has some level of mind technique, excellent speed, and can summon a few grenade shooting robots somehow. Oh, he has at least one time travel ability too. Uh, there's some shockwaves in there too.
Spoiler:
If you guys consider him with all of Cole's powers, he can actually call down constant lightning bolts, drain electricity to heal, even electricity from people. And he has the grenades the rockets and the other stuff.- MewTwo just has a lot of psychic based powers. He suppressed the powers of numerous other Pokemon while maintaining a world destroying storm and fighting Mew. He's TK'd numerous Pokemon passively, mindwiped a group of people and Pokemon, including an Alakazam which is stated to remember everything from birth. There are also some force fields, and what I assume is matter creation or just teleportation. His flight speed is pretty fast, too.
I'd put Sephiroth in high Meta due to his TK, but I don't see him in Herald level. (He tends to lose quite handily to meta level characters in games versus consistently.)
Berserk/Guts for LM: The guy takes on armies like nothing, stronger and faster than normal humans. Did well against a Demon.
Sing from Kung Fu Hustle for MM: (Close to Danny but with more powers).
The Beast from Kung Fu Hustle for MM: Super tough and some crazy powers and hes a decent tank.
Batou from GITS for LM: Pretty tough cyborg.
Jason Voorhees for LM: Decent tank.
Battle Angel Alita (Gally) for MM: Tough, agile, fast and has some good energy amps.

But i would say that any lieutenant and captain from bleach could take him, so what would that make Gin? Mid herald?
Single match ups don't determine tiers, and I'd also argue MewTwo could handle most Bleach characters fairly well. (Mind rape, and planetary TK are pretty l33t, also super-speed doesn't help you if you can't move, and MewTwo's pretty quick himself.)
Dunno where Gin would really sit, though.
