Fairly certain he could suppress Gin's powers, or wipe his mind entirely, while holding him still with TK.

Hmm, i suppose it's true, some mid-heralds do have problems with some low heralds, and yes that discussion has ended.
And no problem, frankly, he is by far one of my favorite pokemons.

DBZ characters are mostly herald levelers, low in the first few sagas (post-saiyan), mid in the advanced ones and high to the strongests characters in the series. Just keep in mind that Dragonball power levels don't translate very well to the tiers we use, because its unusual for one herald to own several heralds at the same time, and in DBZ team battles are pretty much useless. Since most Dragonball powersets are very limited, they would be considered like uber bricks, and they wouldn't easily reach higher tiers. So its really a horrible mess that most reasonable people would just avoid.

Slight correction: I think you have Kain listed in High Meta twice.
Also, going to recommend Megaman X for Low Herald. Basically an all around better and more powerful version of Mega Man. He's been stated on Multiple Occasions to have limitless potential and be essentially the most powerful thin on that Earth. And this is a place filled with robots more advanced than things that moved at Mach 5 and had other strong abilities.
If he gets agreed, Zero goes to the same place. I think he can match X, but only when filled with the Sigma Virus since he's the only one it doesn't have negative effects on. It actually makes him stronger.
