Thats great man ! I did the Herschel Walker workout today and I feel powerful ! This is what I did.

1. I started with a 2 mile run. I usually do this anyway.
2. 200 pushups , 10 sets of 20.
3. 100 dips ,
4. 100 pull ups , 10 sets of 10
5. 200 sit ups

It felt a lot better than any workout I get at the gym. With time, I'll get those numbers up. I'm going to do this for a year and see how it turns out.
