Hey pal, just here reading some Thor issues.Thats great man ! I did the Herschel Walker workout today and I feel powerful ! This is what I did.
1. I started with a 2 mile run. I usually do this anyway.
2. 200 pushups , 10 sets of 20.
3. 100 dips ,
4. 100 pull ups , 10 sets of 10
5. 200 sit upsIt felt a lot better than any workout I get at the gym. With time, I'll get those numbers up. I'm going to do this for a year and see how it turns out.

Dude, I'm under some serious muscle pain . Everything hurts, but I like that. Makes me know the workout is working. My biceps are killing me. I didn't think my biceps would get much with that workout, but I was wrong. 5 sets of the chin-ups , I did like this. And man did it work !
