Thats natural, you want to be with her and spend some time just you and her and then think about children, this is instant family time and its a lot to take in.
Anyone would be thinking the same thing, its only natural. Seems to me though that she is your world and that once you have got over the shock and spoken to her over the phone and heard her voice, things will be clearer and you will work this out together.
