Oh god, I definitely met Phenomenol, he's spammed up two of the respect threads I've made, especially the Dark Schnieder one. He actually claimed that Goku would curbstomp Dark Schnieder. Actually right now I'm having trouble with a Naruto fanboy in the anime/manga forum who's claiming that naruto characters move faster than bleach characters snd that Itachi could beat Aizen.
I posted a link to Wolverine disappearing in front of a grop of soldiers, and bruce lee could move faster than the eyes could detect. if a real human can do it, it's not superhuman.
Sadly I'm not really familiar enough with either character to help you out with Warmonger.

Itachi can multilayer illusions, Aizen can't.
Itachi can maintain his "faster than eye speed" while Aizen can't.
Itachi can see what his opponents do before they do it, Aizen can't.
Itachi can see straight through any illusion, Aizen can't.
Itachi can actually inflict pain with his illusions, Aizen can't.

A really powerful sorcerer and mystical warrior, probably rivalring Classic Dr Strange. Anyways, I know little about him, but there was a respect thread of him somewhere.

So far the only true weakness he has is the one related to nervous system affecting things (i.e drugs), but it's really difficult one to exploit for his enemies.
I still prefer Martian Manhunter over Superman for the most part. At least his powerset, while being great, seems not self-contradictory at times.

Aizen doesn't need to multilayer illusions because his single illusion takes hold of all 5 senses permanently and be made to see anything he wishes.
Aizen can't maintain faster than eye speed? Bleach characters achieved faster than eyespeed back when Renji and Byakuya went to the regular world and under 1/10 of his power was able to move 100 yards stab ichigo twice, resheath his sword and then move away before Ichigo could even blink, and Ichigo had pretty impressive reflexes at that point. If we go further Ixhigo in Bankai form was able to block attacks by thousands of projectiles moving at the speed of bullets by knocking down each individual one with his sword. That sort of speed is what Aizen was able to easily block and counter, and Aizen has been stated to be as good as it is possible to get with Shunpo, or fast movement techniques making porbably as good or more likely far better than Ichigo's bankai speed.
Aizen has over a 1000 years of combat experience, and is one of the best swordsman and hand to hand fighters in soul society even without his illusions to help him. He doesn't need to see ahead, his speed and abilities will allow him to pull the feat that byakuya did and simply slice off Itachi;s head before he does anything.
Itachi's illusions rely on inflicting pain on the opponent through their fears. Aizen is referred to numerous times as The man without fear. Also Aizen can easily inflict pain through the illusion. He controls all 5 senses and as such can make an opponent feel just about anything, if he wanted to he could make Itachi think he was on fire and use his senses to match the illusion. Also Itachi's illusion can only be used for a short period of time and is highly draining, while Aizen's is completely permanent.
