Well the one that I can think of is the working through the Guild system on gaia, which would allow for privacy, and avoid problems with having to get too many posts, but that wouldn't allow for the 15 minute rule. Unfortunately all the other fourms I can think of are all manga dominated.
I think our best bet would just be providing broken links that the opposition can delete spaces from to use the link.
Also, if we announce it when we announce the tourney, people could have enough time (maybe) to post a little bit here and become a senior member. It's not hard at all. Like, 50 posts.. ish.
