Superman vs. Captain America's Shield

I wonder if he (serpent) could break the current upgraded shield.

He recast the shield, so all he elements of the original would still be intact.

It was stated on panel that mix would be tougher. Perhaps uru has some magical resistance or something?

Stark and asgardian dwarves repaired the shield iirc, only one scar is visible. That's all comic tells us.

No, nothing Superman personally can do should be able to affect Caps Shield. Its taken forces MUCH stronger than Superman to dent/destroy it.

Maybe a full on FTL bullrush into it KOing himself MIGHT put a tiny dent in it....

well, glads couldn't do jack to the shield. that should be MORE than enough evidence for most to conclude superman ain't doing shite to it. 😐

If not then a high end Superman damages both since Nul was able to crush enchanted Uru with his hands. A high end Superman has shown greater strength than Nul.

Show me where it stated that it would and not should be tougher.
In that case enchanted Uru >>>>Cap's shield (classic)

The new shield IIRC is even tougher. The Dwarves of Asgard are master craftsmen of the highest order. Even Stark's technology was improved on by them.

Although I kinda liked how the shield wasn't cosmic, magical or any sort of tech. It was just a freak accident of nature. But times change.

I knew of the scan. That's why I said to Stilt show me where it says 'would' and not 'should'.

Two things:

1. Should doesn't prove anything, a more stronger word is needed (like would or is)
2. If the shield is tougher than prior then that means the material of Cap's prior shield was inferior to enchanted Uru in the first place. Which is my point in the very beginning.
