Superman vs. Captain America's Shield

Cap would get knocked for a loop. But the shield itself would be unharmed.

He lifted this with 1 arm and 1 arm behind his back and isn't struggling. It is easy to lift 50 lbs with 1 arm but not 100 lbs. but 2 arms you can easily lift 100+ lbs.
So it is safe to say he can easily lift more than 400 quintillion tons.

Average Superman isn't doing anything to the shield
but a high end no holds barred Superman will definitely damage the shield either by punching it or using HV.

I don't have much faith in the shield these days. It's far from damageable.

IIRC(its been a while since I read that arch so I could be wrong) Caps shield now is currently part uru and magical enchantments from Asgard.

This might pose a problem for Supes magical weakness so that

A. It harms Supes(I doubt this one)

or

B. Supes can't really damage the shield(more sense to me)

Yes, it is. Experimental iron alloy + wakandan vibranium + uru to make it even tougher.

Hitting the Shield would break Supes` fist. As easily as Batman breaks Kal`s butt on a regular basis.

The Serpent is a Skyfather with immense matter manipulation. He could (and almost certainly did) weaken the molecular bonds of Cap's shield on a whim, frankly assuming he broke Cap's through brute strength is asinine.
