I'm inclined to agree with Destiny, although JLU Supes clearly loses, in context the video you posted was an exaggeration of what could happen in the DCAU.
But the Supes from Superman Doomsday could definetly hang with the stronger DBZ characters, chicken, I know for a fact you didn't see the whole movie, you only saw 2 of the fight scenes. But it's not just that that is impressive it's also some of the feats that Supes referenced like holding a neutron star, or something like that.
But the strongest version of Animated Supes that has the most feats is the SuperBOY from Legion of Superheroes. In the first episode, at his weakest and least experienced in the series, he lifted 3,000 tons. It should be noted, that when he comes back in season 2 as SuperMAN, he is many times stronger. Althought he is called Superman throughout the series is because, of DC losing the rights to Superboy

as for goku and gotenks, I've heard many people saying goku is only the third strongest character in DBZ the first bein gohan and the 2nd being gotenks
well the flash here is seen going around the world I think about 7 times in under a minute, (the last couple of times he had tapped into the speed force though so was going a lot faster tha nsuperman can go) but before it took him about 8 seconds to travel around the globe once before tapping into the speed force
superman has been shown to keep up with a flash not using the speed force

btw i have been arguing pretty much most of this off the JL, and the JLU versions of superman. however the superman doomsday supes is at max 5 times stronger and faster, which is yet again generous. he still loses EASILY
