If you don't count TOAA, and The presence, then DC wins. Lucifer, Spectre, and Micheal are very powerful. Marvel just doesn't have the power. Remember HOTU, IG, UN, and other items are not Cosmic biengs they are items.

right, lets not include the IG,UN, HOTU, etc. because if you include them then i'd have to include ALE, Mr. Mxyzptlk's powers, etc.

IG, HOTU, UN are equipment that have a power source, but Mxy power is explained as magic, and I never mentioned ALE. In addition, ALE is a being, so yeah why not? They don't use equipments that aren't THEIRS
