My opinion is either than Hiro wimped out on his power because he was panicking about killing or whatnot, or time unfroze itself because Sylar was not supposed to die for another two days, like when Hiro was sent back to his correct timeline when trying to save Charlie.

And Ando was supposed to die from the Bomb, according to Future Peter...

Meanwhile, I'm confident that Nathan will finally decide "Hell no," by the end of the series. Linderman and his mother are trying to push him into it, but Nathan's not a bad guy.

I agree on the Charlie theory, Hiro's powers are paradox insulated he can't do anything that will break time.

If thats true then the bomb is inevitable!

I don't think it's inevitable; it's been shown that Hiro can change things. Appearing in pictures with Charlie from months past, saving Claire, etc.

Hah but did he save Claire seeing as she was still alive in his time line as well thou, he didn't know it.

As for appearing in the pics I wouldn't think just being in pictures would qualify as something breaking time. Where as saving someone that is suppose to die or stopping a bomb from killing millions would!

I'm not saying that this is or is not the case, just pointing out facts. Personally I agree that Hiro lost the focus needed to freeze time when trying to kill Sylar.

He prevented Claire's death. Perhaps it's an issue of whether he can do it himself or not? Because before going back to tell Peter 'Save the cheerleader, save the world,' Claire was dead and Sylar could regenerate. Once she was saved, his timeline changed, though only minorly...Peter became the bomb and Claire was alive.

We'll see how things go tomorrow and a week from now, won't we?

But can any of us be completely sure that time changed at all?
How do we know Claire was actually dead in the original time line? Hiro and most of the others didn't even know for sure Claire was alive. Mr. Bennet and Matt did a good job of keeping her hidden those five years.

Sylar could have survived Hiro's attack via other powers. We can't be sure.
Again I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you. Just stating the alternative possibilities we have.

Because Hiro said that Claire was dead for sure, and one of the online comics from NBC showed her de-brained. She was dead, no questioning it. *shrug*

I guess we are gonna have more "Heroes". I wonder which X-men they'll rip off next.

NBC will add "Heroes: Origins." The spinoff will introduce a new character each week, and viewers will select which one stays for the following season. The two series will have 30 new episodes combined.

the origins part will be 6 episodes leaving 24 regular eps.

It sounds like the Origins episodes will be part of this season...hmm...

Meanwhile, only an hour and a half until I get to watch tonight's episode. Woohoo.

Okay, I know a lot of people haven't seen it, but tonight's episode was AMAZING

Just answer me this...

Spoiler:
Ted gets bumped off, doesn't he?

I'm resisting the temptation right now to head over to the forums at TV.com to read spoilers from the people who already saw it.

Yes

Knew it! So knew it...

Yeah...it was bound to happen

But the next death shocked me to the core shock

And George Takei is excellent in this episode 131

Takei did a great job. It's good to see that at least one of Linderman's old pals isn't batshit evil.

Still wondering what Mr. Petrelli's, Mrs. Petrelli's, and Mr. Nakamura's powers are, but go figure, it probably won't be answered this season...

Poor Ted. What a crappy way to go.

And indeed, that next one was a "What?!"

I agree completely, there better be an AWESOME fight between Sylar and Peter for the finale.

My only concern is eventually peter's powers will make him a god as he will absorb so many powers.
