Good point. As for Scott and Emma, the Phoenix apparently sees through lies she would have noticed a Skrull in New X-Men v1 #137 had Scott and Emma been one.

Yep, I managed to find the article that they took down. Spoilers for Rogue and Angel. The rest was pretty mundane and then some talk about Emma being Mrs. Summers which came across as a joke by Carey.

FUTURE FORCAST: "We've taken Rogue through Hell and high water, and she's come out the other side of that process cleansed in some ways," points out X-MEN writer Mike Carey. "No memories or personalities apart from her own, no stolen powers—[she's] in a very different mental state than she was in recent months. But I must admit its a really good crossover and thats more than the x-men can say for the last few years.

I think that was sort of the idea. Everyone was supposed to be grey(Acolytes inclusive) apart from Sinister.
I have a feeling that Xavier will die, and X-Men Legacy will be centered around his legacy and skeleton closet. Mystique has to do something in the next issue that prompts Wolverine to dedicate a whole arc to her and try and take her out. So she could very well kill Xavier too.
Yeah Ramos' art isn't that great.(Storm was shooting bolts out of her private parts in the last issue) Eatons art on X-Factor #26 hurt my eyes. Surprisingly Crapallos art wasn't that bad. Tans art is meh.
Maybe Sinister figured out a way to keep himself alive in Gambit. Who knows...but if it gets rid of Gambit then I'll be happy.
