who ever wrote that e-mail at the start of this thread should be put in a f***king prison and see if her neo nazis attitude changes, although she does give you the option to delete. But still another example of American arrogance (no offence to the democrat supporters). And those american who dont lust after money and power.

Judaism is the base of monotheistic religion. I know little about Judaism excetp all the persecution in WW2 as I am not a Jew and Judaism is a pretty under represented relgion in London. But I think their final prophet was David.

I do know a lot about Christianity and it is (in short) a continuation of Judaism where the final prophet is Jesus Christ.

Islam is an even further continuation of the two previous monotheistic religions. They believe Muhammad was THE final prophet and they believe Jesus was NOT the son of God mainly a passing prophet. They don't believe in his cruifiction.

I therefor always think it hypocritical for Christians to say such things about Muslims. We all believe in one God, the SAME God. We just believe slightly different things about it.

People often say Muslims are extremists. But aren't they just making the same mistake as so many Christians? Taking their holy book too literally?

The Qu'ran is messages from Allah, but it is out of date and a little irrelevant to their lives today so they have not to take it literally. The Bible is messages from Jesus' diciples, but it is out of date and a little irrelevant to our lives today so we have not to take it literally. I mean in 622 AD they didn't have bombs, so it isn't the fault of Islam that a few extremist Muslims are terrorists, because the religion is incapable of telling them to bomb non-Muslimsbecause bombs were unknown.

For example: A few days ago in the paper, there was a slightly odd story about Kate McCann (missing Maddie's mother) her bible had a crumpled page in it. On that page there was something about how covering your tracks was OK. And the press then suspected she believed she was doing what God wanted her to do. But quite obviously she wasn't. IF she has killed Maddie then it is wrong to cover her tracks and that is merely a way to get round it. (I am not blaming Kate McCann because that is too out spoken.) But if this story were true wouldn't she be doing exactly the same as an extremist Muslim? Using the holy book to defend herself?

QQ less, explode moar. kthx
