Solar converted this beings absorbed mass into energy, and sent that energy into space.... This depowered his enemy:

Just by thinking, Solar can sense events "a Universe away":

What was so impressive about the telepath that fought Solar?

i've known about this guy for a long time but i never thought he was that powerful!! his costume kinda threw me off (looks like a red version of 70's to early 80's uncanny x-men cyclops).

great thread! i guess i'll start collecting this series.

And I've thought the same thing about Solar resembling the old-school Cyclops btw. lol

Actually it's the otherway round Doctor Solar came out for Gold Key in that costume in 1962. Cyclops resembles him. It was termed the Jaques Cousteu (is that how it's spelt) look.

That version isn't as strong but he's still impressive.

Not bad thread.

I would make a different thread for Gold Key. I can help but people will get confused and they aren't really the same...sort off.

I might redo this in private. I love Solar but not organized enough
