Respect Solar, Man of the Atom!

Solar investigates the entire multiverse from the outside. He knows something needs to change:

---

To set things right, Solar plans to "get rid" of all the alternate realities in the multiverse by collapsing them into a single reality:

---

Solar starts by collapsing one such reality, just to make sure his 'technique' worked:

Due to monetary issues Acclaim was experiencing at the time, these next comics/scenes were never fully finished--unfortunately, the series was cancelled prior to their release. The script was written, the art was completed, but the character dialogue was never filled in. However, there are plans to publish this entire series in trade format, so it is definitely canon.

Anyway, I'll post the script/narration page first, then follow it with the illustration pages...

---

With a gesture, Solar begins collapsing the entire multiverse back into a single/prime reality...

Pierce believes she killed Solar with that little sneak-attack... How wrong she is.

---

Solar reveals that he still very much alive...

Finally, just before the multiverse has collapsed entirely, Solar willingly kills himself in hopes that he will not exist in the prime universe that remains...

Nice

Thanks. Don't know how I missed that feat all these years. Crikey, I think Solar has more confirmed multiversal feats than any character I know of, lol.

Oh and just to make sure everyone is aware: ALL of the scans I posted above are from the same series. The first batch are from early in the story, before the series was cancelled--the second batch are from later in the story, after the series was cancelled.

Too bad it was cancelled, a lot of great independent comics like Crossgen were too.

Solar got the #1 spot on my list of the top 15 most powerful superheroes

A new iteration of Solar emerges from Dynamite Comics: Philip Seleski.

We see that Solar can transmute organic and inorganic matter, before he is overwhelmed by all of the 'equations'(the fundamental building blocks of creation) hitting him at once:

Solar is then moved to a safer facility wherein we learn that the containment suit he wears is all that is holing him together. Solar tells his daughter that he can "do everything", but cannot make it work in his current condition. He then detonates:

Evidently said detonation will change Solar... Evolve him into an even greater being. 👆

At least some of Solar's powers/knowledge appears to have passed into his daughter(Erica) in the wake of his 'detonation'. Erica then uses said power to own a few alien rogues, before Philip reemerges:

Solar, Woman of the Atom (Erica Seleski)

After gaining the power of Solar from her father, Phil Seleski(see above), Erica had to swiftly adapt to her newfound [infinite] energies. Ultimately, she was able to incorporate her artistic nature into said powers, and unlock a few abilities that amazed even Phil.

Defeats Kaandari droids(and their leader) with an array of different abilities including: energy absorption, transmutation, atomic blasts, etc. etc.:

Solar, GOD of the Atom (Dynamite)

It is ultimately revealed that every version of Solar we have seen in Dynamite(including Erica) represents an infinitesimal sliver of Solar's true/complete power... A micro-fraction of his totality.

Moreover, it is revealed that 'Solar-Prime' is not only omnipotent(literally), but his mind is infinite as well -- IOW, he also possesses literal omniscience. This enabled him to create a full-fledged multiverse(ie. the whole of Dynamite Comics) with, basically, a subconscious afterthought. Even more impressive is that the energy Solar expended to achieve this feat was so minuscule(relative to him, of course) that he didn't even realize he'd spawned an infinite amount of universes at first, lol.

The event culminates with Solar erasing all but the one mainstream Dynamite-universe, and undoing the event which originally transformed him into Solar... Essentially erasing his entire character history:

Solar is, for all intents and purposes, the Supreme Being of that company... His power never ceases to amaze.

Is that related to the Valiant version in any way?

Nope. Dynamite got the rights to Solar from Dark Horse, and has done a complete relaunch.

Damn, They made an version of solar so OP that he is omnipotent.

Solar is indeed the most powerful superhero comic book character now.
