Let's look at this one at a time.
*-Hell Blast. - Can melt the gates of heaven. (and this would do what to Galactus, exactly? The surfer flies through stars for fun.)
*-Super Strength - I cant calculate I think its around Coleuses level or more. was this meant to be "colossus?" Colossus is low end class 100. Galactus' strength level is INFINITE.
*-Super Speed - Has bien shown to Fly, React, and teleport at vary, extremely high speed. Galactus' speed level is infinite. He possesses instantaneous teleportation, and his heralds have been seen commonly hitting speeds of hundreds of thousands of light years in seconds
*-Transmute- Like full metal Alchemist, he can transmute objects to his will - No seals! even low end heralds have this. Hell, Black Bolt has this. I'm willing to bet galactus is just a little bit better at it- having you know, millions of years of experience and an infinite power source.
*-Reality Warping- He altered his own reality (himself), As king of hell he can alter reality of hell itself! everything from cube being on up has this. Franklin richards created dimensions, complete with life, as a child. Galactus via the nullifier recreated everything that exists in the marvel ominiverse. Spawn is clearly outclassed here.
*-Super Healing, Has bien shown to heal at Deadpool, Hulk, Lobo rate. That’s not bad at all. He dosnt need to use his powers to heal. Galactus only needs to absorb energy to heal- that is, if it's possible to even injure him in conventional ways. He's simply energy in a containment suit and not truly "alive"
*-His suit- It acts like a symbiote like Venoms only stronger. No weakness so far, and has auto protecting features to aid the host. lol
*-Has Spiderman like senses or Precog thanx to the suit. irrelevant
*-Can teleport, Himself or others to where ever he wants. Galactus can move entire galaxies at will. Odin (far weaker) has teleported the entire population of earth.
*-High resistance and damn near absolute Immunity to poisons and such. irrelevant, when compared to abstracts
*-Has to power to make potent poisons. see above
*-Has Psychic powers. So far he can read minds compared to God Like Cable. (Yup he two once linked his mind to all living things on earth to locate a certain someone more than once.) Professor X going full out could barely get galactus to notice his presence. Psychic powers arent going to work here.
*-Can tolerate high levels of mind ****ing. probably not from the likes of galactus
*-Stop Time. Galactus has given his heralds the ability to travel backwards, forwards, and even "across" time. Doubtless he possesses the ability himself to a greater degree.
*-His Chains, are nearly indestructible, and acts at the will of his command (Kinda like Shuns from Saint Seiya, but with way more consistent feats.) Nearly indestructible won't cut it here
*- He can do some serious mind ****ing ala Ghost Riders Penace Stare. irrelevant. Galactus is immune to mind manipulation
*- Thanks to his ability to transmutation, hi can make potent poises on the tip of his finger nails. irrelevant
Spawn is the third power in the battle of Armageddon. Spawn has apparent control over the Earth itself, using it to his will when in battle against both armies. Spawn used the Earth to swallow all other Hell Spawn and imprison them back in Hell.

Spawn is far, far below Galactus. Again, EVERYTHING you just posted is at or below the feats accomplished by Odin, Zeus, or Set. It's Skyfather territory. NOT Abstract Level. Go and Check the Odin Respect Thread, then tell me they're not on the same level.

Space Mummy, you make great points. However, keep one thing in mind: God Spawn is immortal, invulnerable, and infinite in enery/endurance. That is not boast, but fact.
