That's total bullshit, because then I can validly argue that Image's prime universe is equal to the combination of DC's 52 universes, and Marvel's entire omniverse.
you can argue that. And you would be correct. The United states has a huge country and it's divided into states becuz that is the way it sees fit to do things. Each with a governing body. china doesn't do things that way. And yet, thier actual mass is completely nearly the same size.
Th Antimatter universe is a Singular universe. And yet it is the same size as the DC multiverse. Always has been. So yes, A universe within one comics company can be and is equal to another companies multiverse or another companies omniverse becuz they define what the infinity is. In all actuality, Infinity means just that. stacking it on top of each other still doesn't change it. That would be like saying Someone with the heart of the universe gets more powerful if they have the IG glove on. No they don't. You can't add to infinity. Now if companies want to describe thier universes they want, that is fine, but when comparing one to another, one can argue that they are all equal, even if image only has one universe, DC has a sea of megaverses, and marvel has an "omniverse" . Even tho in JLA wildcats, it's explained that the lord of time created the omniverse of all comics by fidling around.
