3. Noncanon filler.
4. Pyron absorbed them and added them to his power, every planet he absorbs is added to his size and power, hell, if he was not stopped, he would have become the universe.

Well Galactus' power is really undetermined, since his power depends on how full he is, if he hasn't eaten in awhile he'll be super weak. But full power is supposed to be equal with Eternety which is the power of the universe. Some people even think his full power is the multiverse.
But Galactus is on a normal basis, is quite hungry, or the writers job him, so we usually see him only at that power.

surfer can destroy large planets, but that is the extent of it, all wrest is PIS and hyperbole. galactus fought tyrant for millenia and in the process, destroyed a few galacies.
I don't think it was ever stated that only a "few" galaxies were destroyed, in silver surfer III#82 it was stated that entire galaxies perished at Tyrants whim, using that logic and the fact that Galactus was even more powerful, it would most likely mean that there were many galaxies that were destroyed.
