That is no answer. That is you saying why you won't answer. Now, here's a hypothetical question, it has nothing to do with the case at hand, it's just a thought experiment.
There's a guy that is lying on his belly being surrounded by 4 officers. His hands are tied on his back. What does, in your opinion, justify to taser this guy? Hypothetically?
and how is me saying by us not being there that nothing can be justified not an answer?

Well, it does not answer the question, but states why the question should not be answered.
Oh and this is pretty funny:

Well I've learned more and he was actually quite rude.He exceeded his time limit. When asked to wrap it up, he shooed the officer away and told him to let him finish. It took him a LONG time to finally get to the question.
They were like ask the question, he was like I'm am, but first I'm going to make them aware.
He was rude.
I'm not saying it should have gone the way it did, but it wasn't completely unprovoked.
He has a past of causing scenes. He likes to do it.
In the past, he's stood in the middle of a street with a big sign, ruining the last harry potter book ending.
B/c of that, I say he should have gotten tasered in his junk.
He causes scenes like this and records them and puts them up on his site.
I have no sympathy for this douche.

If you note, I said, "I'm not saying it should have gone the way it did, but i t wasn't completely unprovoked."
Selective memory is something isn't it?
And anybody could see I was joking over the whole Harry Potter thing but if I must spell it out for you: No I don't believe someone should get tasered for spoiling a book. 😐
Wow....I actually had to explain myself on that.
This situation was provoked to an extent. It shouldn't have gone to where it went and no, I have no sympathy for this idiot.

I answered the question. it is a perfectly suitable answer.
Negative, also id stick with the hotel business as you may raise the intellect bar by joining the 5O
Originally posted by Bardock42I answered that too, but here ya go:
You do purposely misunderstand, right? The question is what would in your opinion justify such force? (in a hypothetical question)
swinging at an officer....pulling a weapon on an officer....going for an officers weapon...behaving in such a way that the officers believe the suspect is placing themselves and others in danger....
stealing my eggos.
Originally posted by Rogue JediThat was not the question. I agree those situations would justify a use of a tazer.

But, the question was what if he was lying on the ground with his hands on his back, pushed down by 4+ officers. A situation where those three are without a doubt ruled out. What would justify it?

Two things, Minmei...
1) I was referring to this:
"In the past, he's stood in the middle of a street with a big sign, ruining the last harry potter book ending.
B/c of that, I say he should have gotten tasered in his junk."
2) I [also] was joking with Botankus, as he posted a joke response to you. I'd like to say "even an idiot like you should have seen that", but I've said that several times, it seems you're a different breed of idiot, 'Idiot Supreme'.
Proceed with your crying.

Yes, you've said a lot of the SAME THING before.
Grow up and grow a vocabulary and then apply it.
I know exactly what you were referring to, note the "Selective Memory" statement.
If you need anymore explaination of something so simple, you're out of luck.

because the video of RK is as clear as day, and this recent one is not.
In regards to the two facts that I have posted and which my question (which you continually dodge) is based on, the video is also very clear .
1) He was on his belly, surrounded by four officers, with at least one other at the ready.
2) Both his hands were pinned behind his back.
Those two are concrete facts, that occured BEFORE the tasering,
