That's a false dilemma, RJ. What reason do we have to think that those are the only two options in this case? Taze or break bones.

I can answer that one!

"Maybe" he suffers from chronic kidney disease and suffers weak bone syndrome as a side-effect of the treatments.

but were they CUFFED? did you SEE HANDCUFFS?

see, this is what I meant by being so quick to judge.

BTW: I answered all of your questions, you just dont like my answers.

if you like, ask them again, and I will answer in the same fashion as before.

No, you did not answer.

What you did was say why you can't answer, answer certain statements that were not intended for answering, say you answered before or disregarded the rest.

As a general rule, what has a question mark at the end of it is created to gain an answer.

Point is, his hands were pinned, there was nothing to stop the fourth officer from cuffing him.

No, you didn't.

if dude was resisting hard enough, yes, his arm will snap like a twig if they force it into place.

but hey, lets take away the tasers and break bones at will.

wait, there will be no broken bones, because this is a perfect world and suspects NEVER resist. 🙄

so, you actually can see his hands together, ready to be cuffed, not a doubt in your mind?

whatever. if you want answers, ask again.

Or maybe even the three standing a little further next to it.

False dilemma. As BF said.

You make it seem like it is likely, no even the only alternative.

You use possibilities (very low odds at that) to justify your unreasonable views.

No, but why even assume that it was not possible to cuff him without a tazer? He was pinned, arms held behind his back. It's very possible they could have cuffed him without snapping bones.

I'm not denying the possibility that broken bones could happen. But you acting as if it was either tazer or break bones is hugely fallacious.

if the guy was resisting while they were trying to cuff him, and they were trying to force his hands together, then yes, the tasing is justified.

better a temporary zap than a permanent injury.

next question please.

Yes, that part is clear, I explained this to you on page 8, maybe 9. You can also see the 4th cop fidgeting around were his wrist would be, it's highly probable he was cuffing him... but I guess "maybe" be could have been picking his pockets, or "maybe" be was pulling an hangnail...

you are doing the exact same thing. you are assuming the officers had all under control.

There was no question this time.

No, I am not. I am telling you that it doesn't seem like the guy was a threat.

yes, possible, but not for certain. perhaps they had the cuffs on one wrist and they were trying to bring his other arm around and he wouldnt let them.

the human body is fragile. if someone is using all of their strength holding an arm in place, and you try to force it the other way, SNAP.

That's not the same thing at all. We're looking at the video, of a guy pinned by four trained officers, with his arms firmly held behind his back, with a few more officers standing around ready to pounce should they need to.

We're looking at the information available and coming to the logical conclusion that, because the guy was factually of no possible threat, that they had things under control.

Very different from you insinuating that the only two possibilities were breaking bones or tazering. There's nothing at all, in the video or from eyewitness accounts, to back that up.

Fact: He was on his belly

Fact: His arms were pinned

Fact: There were 4 officers on him, and more to the side

Fact: He was pleading, not yelling threats

Fact: One officer (the bear-hug guy) was large enough to take him alone in all probablity

Yeah, "maybe" he was about to use his Akido moves and take out multiple cops like Steven Segal, "maybe".

according to Rob, I still owe him like 10 answers.

even if he was not a threat, he was under arrest and had to be handcuffed. at no time can we see handcuffs on BOTH wrists. why are you ignoring the obvious?

this is all irrevelant. at no time can we see his hands handcuffed together, when someone is arrested, they must be cuffed, duhr....we cannot tell how hard he is resisting, or if he is resisting at all.

have you ever witnessed a violent arrest?
