Problem here, RJ, which is the same problem with that last video of the UCLA student being tasered, is that the cops waited until he was already subdued to taser him. This particular case, the guy was flailing about wildly and was obviously in the wrong for doing that. But, for whatever reason, they didn't taser him then. They waited until he was on the ground, rather calm and subdued, THEN tasered him. They should be doing it when the threat is there, not after the threat has already passed.

he is free and no charges have been placed (yet, though he might get some, the cops want him to get resisting an officer with violence 🙄 ). He spent the night in jail.

and if I remember correctly, that idiots behavior warranted all he got and then some.

Very little warrents being tasered while handcuffed.
But regardless, in this video we can see pretty clearly what he's doing; lying there asking questions, yelling a bit. Tasering should happen to avoid danger, it shouldn't be done after the danger has already been averted.
Yeah, during the interview they said he acted like kind of a douche and he lost control just like that and started yelling and they shot him in the knee cap and he went down but kept yelling and was like why did you shoot me and they they shot him in the gut and went silent for a while and they were like that's how you do it and then he starts yelling again and is like why did you shoot me again and then they did something and he went silent all together.
He had the little yellow book and everything.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't the actual guy now though.
