All right chaps, my friend code is 1177 7847 3457, sorry it took so long to put up. Feel free to add me, just let me know when you do and leave me your code. I'm down for battles and the such, I'm more fun oriented than competitive. (recently battled my mate with an all fairy team. Surprisingly successful).

Need some moveset assistance again. This time for Weavile. My questions are:1. Should I get Embargo?
2. Should I lose Shadow Claw?
3. Best STAB; Punishment, Night Slash, or Payback?
If you're looking for a nice Ice type STAB, you can actually breed Ice Punch onto a Sneasel. I'd recommend that. Weavile is pretty fast, not a lot of call for a priority move.
Originally posted by Sacred 117Kabutops is not a special attacker, roll physical. I used to run a Swift Swim Kabutops in the rain with a focus sash, Swords Dance, Flail, Rock Slide, and I think Waterfall.
For Kabutops, is it recommended to eventually lose Mega Drain? If so, what would be a good type move to replace it with?Edit: Current moveset: Mega Drain, Aqua Jet, AncientPower, Blizzard
It raped.

Rank the Champions of each region from best to worst. You may use whatever criteria you want(how challenging they are, how cool they are, etc.)
Blue (Gary mother****ing Oak, that's why.)
Cynthia (Very well composed team)
Lance ( The OG Dragon master)
Alder ( Fairly decent team, loved that he somewhat specialised in bugs)
Steven (Again, fairly decent team, Metagross is a badass, but he was pretty bland as a character.)
Diantha ( virtually a non-character, and her ace-in-the-hole Pokémon isn't even from her generation)
and finally.... Wallace. A single type, bland as shit champion who supplanted a perfectly good one. Totally unnecessary.
Pretty much what Martian said, except I would put Cynthia and maybe Lance above Blue, but other than that yeah.
Did anyone else feel a strong sense of buyer's remorse after spending BP points at a certain time in the Battle Maison or somewhere? Got things like Ring Target and Iron Ball with my points because I misunderstood their effect at first, though I guess they could still be useful maybe in a Trick Room scenario or something.
The Weakness Policy though, aww man. Love that held item. Especially good for mixed sweepers I imagine, though haven't had an ideal one that I would use that item for yet. Just been using it on one of my special sweepers, last time I got to play a little.
I like too how some of the older held items like Quick Claw got a buff, it seems. Or at least from my experience slower Pokemon are able to attack first with that thing a lot more often than in previous gens, which is nice for my Glaceon. The Zoom Lens is also good for slower 'mons.

To be fair to Diantha the rest of her team was Gen VI and her Gardevoir was more for representing the two new gameplay factors(Fairy Type and Mega Evolution). It also suits her more than any others thematically.
Mind you this would not be an issue if, say, Meowstic was given a Mega-Evolution with Fairy Typing. Or if Gen VI wasn't so deadset on honoring older Pokeon in place of crafting some fun new ones. Not that there aren't some but why do none of the Kalos Pokemon get Mega Evolutions? So unfair.
