he also won't be WEAKENED at the time
B. Thanos won't have just gotten hit by War World and being attacked by the GL Corps
C. Prime never crushed the Guardian's head. the Guardian clearly told him who was more powerful and Prime never got the chance to do any damage to the Oan's head

A. He won't have a choice but to slug it out. Unless he runs away.
B. It didn't matter to SMP. His invunerability took care of everything.
C. Prime's grip did have an effect or else he wouldn't have asked "is this how u bleed". The Guardian resorted to his last resort because the grip was taking a toll and everthing else was ineffective like they did DD but SMP was just bfr'ed.

Why are we assuming telepathy is such an easy option? If he is anything like regular Superman he has high high telepathy resistance.

we have no clue if Prime's mental defenses are high enough to combat Thanos' TP
so, we have facts on one side and no facts on another
